What is your fee structure?
We charge a flat fee of $5,000 per candidate placed, payable upon a signed offer letter or employment contract. There are no hidden fees or extra charges.
What is your replacement policy?
We offer a 30-day, one-time replacement guarantee under the following conditions:
1. If a candidate is terminated by the employer for good cause or voluntarily resigns without good reason within 30 days of their start date, we will provide a Replacement Candidate within 30 days of the original candidate’s termination.
2. This guarantee is valid only once. If the Replacement Candidate is terminated or resigns, a new fee will be required for additional services.
3. If a suitable Replacement Candidate is not placed within 30 days, we will refund $2,500 to the employer.
4. This guarantee is void if the employer fails to pay the placement fee within 10 days of the invoice date, if the termination is due to lack of work (e.g., layoffs or mergers), or if the employer engages in any unprofessional or derogatory behavior.
Do you place executive assistants in industries outside of finance?
Yes! While we specialize in finance-related industries like private equity, hedge funds, private credit, and restructuring, we also place executive assistants in marketing, sales, film, fashion, and other industries. We tailor our search to meet your specific needs.
What if I need to fill multiple roles?
We can accommodate multiple placements. Each successful placement is charged at the standard rate of $5,000 per candidate. Contact us to discuss bulk hiring options.
How do you find and vet candidates?
We use a bespoke search process that includes thorough screening, in-depth interviews, and reference checks to ensure every candidate we present meets your specific requirements.
Are you planning to expand to other markets?
Yes, we are currently focused on NYC and Miami, but we have plans to expand into additional major markets in the near future.
How do I apply to be considered for placement?
You can apply directly through our website. Once we receive your application, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your skills, experience, and career goals.

We specialize in placing executive assistants and sales managers across various industries, including finance, marketing, sales, film, and fashion.
Can I work with other recruiters while working with you?
While under our 30-day candidate agreement, we ask that you do not accept employment in the niche we’ve agreed upon until the contract expires. This allows us to fully dedicate our resources to finding your ideal role.
What happens if I’m offered a position?
Once you receive and accept an offer, we guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
What if I’m not placed immediately?
We work diligently to match you with the right opportunity. While our goal is to place candidates quickly, our commitment to quality means we focus on finding the best fit rather than rushing the process.
Do you offer ongoing career support?
Yes! We maintain relationships with our candidates even after placement, offering guidance and future opportunities as your career evolves.
